The Content & Campaigns Lead is responsible for planning, executing, and assessing integrated marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels. The role exists to drive brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation by leveraging expertise in SEO, SEM, press releases, social media, sponsorships, and events management. Operating within the marketing strategies defined by the department, the specialist ensures campaigns align with brand objectives and target audiences, aiming for measurable growth in visibility and conversions.
Professional Background and Experience
Campaign Planning & Execution
Develop comprehensive marketing plans and execute across digital and offline channels; ensure alignment with brand objectives and audience targeting.
Digital Marketing
Implement SEO strategies, manage SEM campaigns, and create social media content to drive traffic and conversions.
Content Creation & Design
Write compelling copy and design graphics using tools like Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator; produce video content for various marketing needs.
PR and Media Relations
Develop PR strategies, draft press releases, and build relationships with media outlets to enhance brand reputation.
Events & Sponsorships
Plan and manage events such as webinars and product launches; secure and manage sponsorships to support campaign objectives.
Campaign Evaluation
Track campaign performance, analyze metrics, and prepare reports with insights for future optimization.

Professional Background and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Integrated Marketing Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing, with a strong focus on digital marketing.
- Experience in creative and marketing agencies.
- Nice to have: Certification in Digital Marketing (e.g., Google Ads Certification, HubSpot Content Marketing Certification) is preferred.
- PR or Media Relations certification can be an added advantage.
- Digital Marketing Strategy: Expertise in planning and managing marketing campaigns across digital platforms with tailored messages to engage specific audiences.
- Content Creation and Copywriting: Expertise in crafting engaging content for ads, social media, and other marketing materials.
- Analytics and Data Interpretation: Ability to analyze and derive insights from campaign data using analytics tools to optimize performance and measure ROI.
- Customer Journey Mapping: Understanding how to map the customer journey and create effective marketing touchpoints for a consistent brand experience.
- Brand Management: Skills in maintaining brand consistency and building brand awareness through strategic PR and media engagement.
- Project Management Skills: Capability to plan and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and staying within budget.
- Marketing Technology Proficiency: Knowledge of CRM tools for managing leads and content management systems for website updates and landing pages.
- Industry Trends Awareness: Staying current with new digital marketing trends, platform updates, and changes in consumer behavior to adapt strategies accordingly.
- Digital Marketing Proficiency: Ability to execute and manage digital campaigns across SEO, SEM, and social media channels.
- Analytical Skills: Competent in using data analytics tools to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, facilitating collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
