Construction Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead the successful delivery of construction projects in Davao City Davao del Sur. As the Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from planning and budgeting to execution and completion. This is a full-time position that requires strong project management, technical, and leadership skills.

What you'll be doing

• Lead and mentor on-site engineers to ensure alignment with project timelines, standards, and performance goals.
• Oversee day-to-day field operations for infrastructure projects like roads, bridges, and flood control.
• Coordinate team efforts and work sequencing to optimize productivity and minimize delays.
• Provide executive management with regular updates on progress, risks, and field challenges.
• Monitor manpower, equipment, and material usage to maintain cost efficiency and accurate billing.
• Enforce quality and safety standards through inspections, documentation checks, and compliance monitoring.
• Liaise with government agencies and stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement by identifying issues, proposing solutions, and recommending training.
  
  

What we're looking for

• Licensed Civil Engineer (REQUIRED)
• Minimum 7 years of experience in DPWH or government infrastructure projects, with 3+
  
  

years in a supervisory or managerial field role

• Proven ability to lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and multidisciplinary site teams
• Deep understanding of the DPWH Blue Book, RA 9184 procurement process, and public
  
  

infrastructure standards

• Proficient in project documentation, progress reporting, and government billing processes
• Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera
  
  

Preferred Qualifications (EXCLUDE ON JOB POSTS)

• Experience working with or for a Triple-A (AAA) PCAB-licensed contractor
• Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for construction quality management
• Knowledge of DOLE, DPWH, and DENR regulations related to site safety and environmental
  
  

compliance

• Willingness to be assigned to remote or multi-site locations as needed
• Valid driver’s license
