Job Specifications
- Licensed Civil Engineer (REQUIRED)
- Minimum 7 years of experience in DPWH or government infrastructure projects, with 3+
- Proven ability to lead Project Engineers, Site Engineers, and multidisciplinary site teams
- Deep understanding of the DPWH Blue Book, RA 9184 procurement process, and public
- Proficient in project documentation, progress reporting, and government billing processes
- Strong skills in MS Office (Excel, Word), AutoCAD, MS Project or Primavera
- Experience working with or for a Triple-A (AAA) PCAB-licensed contractor
- Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards for construction quality management
- Knowledge of DOLE, DPWH, and DENR regulations related to site safety and environmental
- Willingness to be assigned to remote or multi-site locations as needed
- Valid driver’s license
