Construction Project In Charge

Responsibilities:

The Project-in-Charge is responsible for supervising the construction of the projects and ensuring that all works are executed in accordance with the contract and approved plans and specifications of the project.

• Design structures, such as high-rise mixed-use buildings and warehouses.
• Create structural models by using computer-aided design software
• Oversee the project from beginning to end, monitor on-site construction processes, track and report on project progress, and supervise construction workers
• Prepare and allocate budget
• Choose appropriate materials based on structural specifications
• Manage billings and documentations
• Collaborate with contractors and project managers
• Assist in regulatory compliance (assisting in government site inspections, preparing documents for permit application, etc.)

Requirements:

• Graduate of Bachelor’s degree in Architecture / Civil Engineering or its equivalent
• Preferably a licensed Architect / Civil Engineer
• With at least 2 years of work similar work experience related
• With strong leadership and management skills.
• Can handle multiple projects and work under pressure
• Proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, Google Drive, and MS Office (Word, Outlook, Excel & PowerPoint)
• Fluent in English & Filipino (Spoken & Written)
