Construction Manager

Experience Required:

• Minimum of 12 years total professional experience.
• At least 8 years of experience specifically as a Construction Manager.

Qualifications:

• Must be a Licensed Engineer or an equivalent qualification (for foreign candidates).
• Must have construction management experience with at least one (1) completed project of contract value equal to or greater than PHP 500 million.
• Must have completed at least one (1) project involving drainage, sewer, or water network systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the entire construction process, ensuring quality, cost-efficiency, and adherence to project timelines.
• Coordinate with project stakeholders, contractors, and regulatory bodies.
• Ensure compliance with relevant standards, regulations, and safety requirements.
• Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders.
• Identify and address any project risks or challenges.
