  • Guest Services: Assist guests with inquiries, reservations, and recommendations for local attractions, restaurants, and events.
  • Check-In/Check-Out: Facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes for guests.
    Transportation Coordination: Arrange transportation services, including taxis, shuttles, and car rentals.
  • Event Planning: Help organize special events, meetings, and activities for guests.
  • Reservations Management: Make reservations for dining, entertainment, and recreational activities.
  • Problem Resolution: Address and resolve guest complaints or issues promptly and professionally.
  • Local Knowledge: Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of local attractions, services, and cultural events.
  • Package Handling: Manage the receipt and delivery of packages and mail for guests.
  • Personal Assistance: Provide personalized services, such as shopping, laundry, and other requests.
  • Security Awareness: Ensure guest safety and security by monitoring access to the facility and reporting any suspicious activity.

Qualifications:

  • Good communication skills and with pleasing personality
  • Basic knowledge with MS applications like Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Must be willing to work in Cebu
  • Sales experience is a plus but not a requirement

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php645.00 per day
