Qualifications
At least 2-4 year experience in the same industry
Graduate of any Bachelor’s Degree program in HRM
General knowledge of restaurant and hotel procedures
Prioritizes and works efficiently with limited supervision
Recognizes and resolves problems quickly and efficiently
Provide a summary of the role, what success in the position looks like, and how this role fits into the organization overall.
Responsibilities
In the absence of Operations Manager, shall represent the Food and Beverage Department in the company meetings.
Regularly communicates with the Outlet Managers for directives, delegations, announcements, and any other form to commission his team.
Monitors service and F&B standards in all outlets. Works with the Assistant Brand Manager for service, Restaurant Managers, and the Chef to take corrective action where necessary
Ensures that a Manager / Management Team manages each outlet totally accountable for their profitability.
Sets, in close conjunction with each Restaurant Manager, annual operating budgets which will form part of the Business Plan
