We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Compliance Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be managing contract compliance activities, such as contractual reviews, identification and creation of applicable controls to comply with contractual and industry standard requirements, regular discussion and coordination with internal stakeholders, monitoring compliance to contractual requirements, and assisting audits and reviews to ensure contract compliance adherence., Quezon City, Philippines

What You'll Do
Ensure organization functions are in compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and policies.
Performs or manages daily compliance risk identification, assessment and reporting.
Collaborate with various departments to implement compliance programs
Prepare reports on compliance status for management review
Candidate is expected to have comprehensive knowledge of the specific discipline in relation to contractual obligations adherence.
Develops and implements both domestic and international preventative measures and internal controls.
The candidate is expected to improve the day-to-day activities or processes of the team.
Oversee contract compliance activities including review of contractual requirements.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in one or more of the following disciplines: audit, compliance, contract management, legal, quality controls, project management.
At least 1 year of experience in a compliance or regulatory role
Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
Knowledge of relevant laws and regulations in the industry is a plus
Experience in executing and reporting on controls.
Ability to analyze, present and report data.
Experience in management and review of contract requirements and controls.
Ability to prioritize and re-prioritize work and manage service delivery targets within tight constraints.
Ability to engage and communicate at all levels in the organization.
