Responsibilities
- Conducts regular reviews and audits to ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures across all departments.
- Issues and recommends Corrective Action Reports (CARs) , promoting risk-based solutions to address policy deviations.
- Monitors the implementation of corrective actions by coordinating with relevant departments.
- Establishes and manages audit activities, and reviews the status of non-compliance issues throughout the year.
- Facilitates initiatives to maintain company-wide ISO certification across all sites.
- Acts as Internal Auditor during internal and external audit activities.
- Coordinates with concerned departments and third parties on ISO certification requirements.
- Conducts ISO awareness sessions and/or training programs to promote understanding and compliance.
- Develops, updates, and disseminates documentation related to compliance processes.
- Solid background in legal, risk management, audit, or regulatory compliance .
- Experience in policy review, development, and documentation .
- Familiar with industry-specific regulations , especially in healthcare, finance, or insurance .
- Trained in internal auditing , risk assessment , and fraud detection methodologies .
