Are you an admin all-rounder with US healthcare compliance experience? We’re hiring a Compliance and Admin Coordinator who thrives on structure, documentation, and operational support — with accuracy and discretion at the core.
The Opportunity at a Glance
We’re looking for a detail-focused Compliance and Admin Coordinator to support the administrative and compliance functions of a growing US-based healthcare business.
This is a full-time, remote role for Philippine-based candidates, employed under a proper PH setup.
To be considered, you must have experience with US healthcare compliance frameworks such as HIPAA or ACHC, and be familiar with CRM systems like KanTime. You’ll provide operational support across communication handling, vendor records, supplies, and documentation — all while maintaining data security and workflow consistency.
How You’ll Make an Impact
Answer and route faxes, emails, and physical mail efficiently and professionally
Maintain internal directories and up-to-date contact lists
Organize and file vendor records, ensuring easy access and compliance readiness
Order and track supplies, inventory, and office materials across departments
Manage inventory of forms and internal equipment
Assist in tracking tasks and documentation related to healthcare compliance audits
Coordinate team requests and updates within ClickUp or other task management platforms
What We’re Looking For - You’re the Perfect Fit if You:
Have prior experience supporting US healthcare businesses with exposure to HIPAA, ACHC, or other compliance standards (non-negotiable)
Are proficient in using KanTime or a similar CRM used in the home health industry (non-negotiable)
Are confident in admin support tasks including document control, filing, internal communications, and vendor coordination
Can manage workflows using task trackers like ClickUp (experience in ClickUp is a strong advantage)
Are highly organized, process-driven, and responsive to shifting priorities
Communicate clearly in writing and across virtual collaboration tools
Maintain a high level of discretion and accuracy when handling sensitive records
What Sets You Apart - You’ll Shine Even Brighter With:
Prior experience supporting a distributed US team or healthcare back office
Experience managing audit-related document preparation or inspection readiness
Familiarity with inventory systems, remote communication tools, or basic IT troubleshooting
A proactive mindset and a calm, methodical approach to high-stakes environments
Work Schedule & Employment Terms
Full-Time | Monday to Friday
Night shift aligned with Colorado, US time zone
Remote role for Philippine-based candidates
