FOR THE ROLE:

  • Must be bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years in TA or Recruitment
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, employer branding, and manpower planning.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other
    recruitment tools.

    ROLE SUMMARY:
    The Talent Acquisition Specialist supports the execution of the talent acquisition strategy by managing day-to-daybrecruitment activities, developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives, assisting in manpower planning, and ensuring that the talent acquisition process runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • KEY RESULTS AREA:
    1. Talent Acquisition Strategy
     Assist the Talent Acquisition Manager in executing the talent acquisition strategy, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates.
     Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future staffing needs.
     Participate in recruitment planning meetings with department heads to understand talent requirements and
    timelines.
    2. Employer Branding
     Support employer branding initiatives by creating and managing content for social media, job boards, and other
    recruitment channels.
     Organize and participate in employer branding events such as job fairs, industry conferences, and networking
    events.
     Collaborate with Marketing and Communications teams to ensure the employer brand is consistently
    represented across all platforms.
    3. Manpower Planning
     Assist in the manpower planning process by gathering and analyzing data on current and future staffing needs.
     Coordinate with department heads to update manpower plans based on changing business needs.
     Track and report on staffing levels and recruitment progress to ensure alignment with manpower plans.
    4. TA Process Development and Management
     Manage day-to-day recruitment activities, including posting job openings, screening resumes, scheduling
    interviews, and coordinating candidate assessments.
     Ensure that the talent acquisition process is efficient and provides a positive candidate experience.
     Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all recruitment activities in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
    5. TA Metrics and Reporting
     Track and report on key recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.
     Provide regular updates to the Talent Acquisition Manager on recruitment progress and any challenges
    encountered.
     Assist in analyzing recruitment data to identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions.
