Job Summary: Primarily responsible for the effective and efficient administration of Employees’ Compensation and Benefits services in accordance with the organization’s philosophy and policies on human resources and in compliance with the rules and regulations of the government regulatory bodies (Dole, Sss, Philhealth, Pag-ibig, and Bir) on employment.

Responsibilities

  • Administers statutory requests and benefits availment from DOLE, SSS, PHIC, HDMF, and BIR
  • Ensures the timely processing and delivery of statutory benefit registration, availments and requests
  • Ensures that all documents and requests are properly accomplished, signed by proper authorities, and issued to employees concerned on time copy furnished 201 files
  • Administers employees' welfare and benefits such as the ff: 1) Health and Maintenance Organization (Hmo) Coverage, Company and Calamity loan, Bereavement Assistance, Leave, Group Personal Accident Insurance, Meal Subsidy, 1st Aid Medicines, etc.
  • Monitors procedural and documentation compliance in accordance with the policy of each company benefits
  • Conducts researches on best practices on employees’ welfare and benefits
  • Oversees the proper implementation of Autohub Group Mutual Assistance Fund (AGMAF)
  • Oversees and facilitates health and wellness-related seminars/talks

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelors’ Degree in Behavioral Science, Major in Psychology or any related course
  • At least five (5) years of relevant experience, two (2) years of which are in supervisory capacity
  • Has specialized training in Human Resources Management, Statutory Benefits Administration
  • Knowledgeable about Labor Code
  • Has leadership skills
  • Computer Literate
