Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations related to compensation and benefits
Analyze trends in compensation data to make informed recommendations for improvement
Collaborate with HR teams to promote employee engagement through innovative reward systems
What We’re Looking For
Minimum of 10 years of experience in compensation and benefits management
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement
Proven knowledge of labor laws affecting compensation practices in the Philippines
Ability to work collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
