What You'll Do
Assist in evaluating job roles and determining competitive salary structures.
Analyze compensation data to ensure compliance with regulations.
Support the development and implementation of benefits programs.
Prepare reports on compensation trends and employee feedback.
Collaborate with HR teams to enhance overall employee experience.
Conduct market research to benchmark salaries and benefits packages.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and HRIS software.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
