Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree Graduate in Engineering
- Minimum two (2) to three (3) years of working experience in Manufacturing Industry
- Knowledgeable in Drafting
- Highly dynamic
- Metric driven
- Close tolerance manufacturing environment with responsibilities in machine operation and programming
- Supervise machinists’ daily work.
- Check and evaluate accomplishment reports of machinists.
- Monitor mould development schedules.
- Check and evaluate fabricated moulds.
- Plans, schedules and implements rules and regulations.
- Perform duties that may assigned.
- Participate in the creation of the daily machine schedule providing feedback to feasibility, flow and operator capacity.
- Ensure all machines are running in accordance with the daily published schedule, and with objectives.
- Actively mentors and participates in the training of machinists. Includes goal setting and review, along with completion of annual performance review.
- Set up machines, adjust settings, perform calibration, and maintenance.
