Company Nurse/Operations Assistant

About the role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Company Nurse/Operations Assistant to join our team at Kroll Global Solutions Inc. in Makati City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will play a vital part in maintaining the health and wellbeing of our employees, as well as providing administrative support to our operations. What you'll be doing

• Provide first aid and basic medical care to employees as needed
• Coordinate medical appointments and referrals for employees
• Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with all relevant regulations
• Assist with the administration of our operations, including scheduling, data entry, and other office duties
• Help to implement and promote health and wellness initiatives within the company
• Collaborate with management to identify and address any health and safety concerns
• Stay up-to-date with the latest medical practices and regulations

What we're looking for

• Registered nurse with a valid license and at least 2 years of experience in a similar role
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of general medical and surgical nursing practices
• Excellent organisation and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team
• Compassionate and patient-focused, with a genuine interest in employee wellbeing
