DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
This role involves providing medical support, ensuring employee well-being, and maintaining compliance with health and safety standards:

1. Medical Assistance:

- Assists the company physician during physical exams.

- Administers first aid, medical attention, and health advice.

- Dispenses and inventories medicines, including occupational and preventive options.

2. Health Records Management:

- Maintains and updates employee health records.

- Summarizes departmental health data and medication histories.

- Prepares patient cards and documents daily consultations.

3. Clinic Maintenance:

- Ensures clinic cleanliness and sanitation.

- Manages clinical apparatus and instruments.

4. Employee Benefits and Compliance:

- Monitors drivers’ and conductors’ schedules for required rest hours and days off.

- Tracks benefits like sick and vacation leaves, ensuring proper utilization.

- Reports schedule violations and promotes adherence to standards.

5. Performance Evaluation:

- Evaluates and provides feedback on drivers' and conductors’ performance.

- Monitors compliance with equipment-to-bus ratios (EBR/MBR).

6. Administrative Support:

- Processes employee sick leave and compensation applications.

- Promotes safe and healthy workplace practices.

- Performs tasks assigned by management, including supporting administrative and operational goals.
