About the role: We are currently looking for a motivated Communication Center Representatives to join our team. As a Communication Center Representative, you will be responsible for supporting various HR facets and ensuring a seamless operation within the department.

NOTE: This is only a 5-month project
As a Communication Center Representative, you’ll be responsible for:
- Handle inbound and outbound phone calls from large candidate and employee base (upwards of 20K), providing resolutions and resolving concerns.
- Monitor and respond to incoming email/chat communications.
- Creating and sending mass email and call campaign communications
- Work within multiple systems simultaneously (Fusions, PEACS, and Red Carpet) to respond in real-time callers.
- Perform fulfilment tasks such as assigning candidates to requisitions, sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and other assigned duties.
- Minimum college or technical training preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment; strong organizational and communication skills
- Customer service skills and call centre experience
- Proficient in HRIS Systems and strong technical skills required.
- Tech savvy; minimum typing speed of 50+ WPM with strong MS Excel skills.
- Hybrid Setup
- Equipment will be provided for this assignment (Laptop and Headset).
- Core work hours: 8:00-5:00 local US Time Monday through Friday season, must have the ability to work a flexible schedule as business needs require. This may include extended weekday hours and occasional weekend hours.
- Office environment – ability to sit for long periods of time is necessary.
