We are looking for a COMMISSARY COOK IN- CHARGE willing to be assigned at SM Uptown Cagayan De Oro City in Koufuku Japanese Restaurant.
Responsibilities:
- Handles all Preparation in Commissary Kitchen
- Observe all stipulations in NDA (non-disclosure agreement) specifically the procedures and recipes.
- Preparing ingredients, taking inventory, overseeing deliveries, organizing and basic cleaning in the kitchen.
- Communicating with the chef or supervisor, and ensuring proper presentation of food as directed by the chef.
Key Skills:
- Atleast 1 year of work experience as Commissary cook in restaurant.
- With experience in as Japanese restaurant is a plus.
- Good understanding of food, health, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Adaptive and team player
