The Commercial Operations Head (VP)will lead the end-to-end commercial activities of FDC Utilities, Inc., focusing on electricity trading, billing, settlement, and revenue assurance. This role ensures optimal participation in WESM and bilateral contracts, oversees market transactions, and maintains commercial compliance and profitability across the utility portfolio. We are seeking an experienced Commercial Operations Head to lead and optimize our commercial strategies and operations. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth, streamline processes, and ensure operational excellence across all commercial functions while leading cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For
- Bachelor'sDegree inany field
- Must haveat least (15) years of direct experience in the power/energy sector

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
