Remote VA is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Collections or Accounts Receivable Support professional to assist in our financial operations. This role is essential for ensuring effective management of accounts receivable, facilitating collections, and maintaining positive client relationships.

- Assist in managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely collection of outstanding payments
- Communicate with clients via phone and email to follow up on overdue invoices and provide payment updates
- Record and track payments, maintaining accurate records in the accounting system
- Collaborate with the finance team to resolve billing discrepancies and customer disputes
- Generate reports on accounts receivable aging and collection status for management review
- Maintain documentation related to collection efforts and customer interactions
- Support process improvements to enhance efficiency in collections and account management
- Previous experience in collections, accounts receivable, or customer service preferred
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and billing processes
- Proficiency in using accounting software and MS Office products
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Weekly payment basis
