Collections Manager

Core Profile:

The role is responsible for Collections & Recoveries for the Asset portfolio of the Digital Bank covering Consumer, MSME/SME Lending.

What you will do:

• Take overall responsibility of Loan Book Debt Management across Consumer and Small & Micro Lending Business
• Execute collections strategies across different stages – Pre Due, Early Stage, Mid Range, Late Stage and Recoveries- complying with regulations and bank policies.
• Develop communication and partner channels- fit for purpose for different stages of accounts in arrears.
• Take on targets for resolution and meet them- across different stages of arrears- working to minimum productivity standards defined by the bank
• Manage and Motivate a team of internal staff and external partners.
• Design and ddminister incentive plans for Collections
• Work with Collections Strategy Lead, Head of Credit Operations and Operations team on timely execution of initiatives affecting collections KPIs

What you need to succeed:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Management, Business Administration of equivalent
• 10+ years Consumer & SME/MSME Collections Experience
• 5+ years experience in a Lending Fintech a distinct plus
• Experience in High Velocity, High Volume Mass Consumer, Low ticket Digital- a distinct plus
