Overview: The Collections Associate performs collection activities for pre-delinquent and past due accounts. The position is also responsible for the achievement of set targets and productivity standards collectively with other team members and compliance with policies and procedures.
What you will be doing:
- Handles collection call outs
- Maintain Update records of loan payments and client information
- Monitor progress of existing loans/dues; Coordinates with clients on payments, payments options,
- Prepare statements and reconciliation on clients loan
- Writes Collection letter
- Submission of various productivity/collection related reports (end of day)
- Able to strategize to achieve target set
- Willing to work long hours and during weekend and holidays; shifting schedule
- Address various customer issues
- Evaluate and recommend approval/disapproval of requests for waiver of charges
What we are looking for:
- BS degree on Finance, and other related field
- Proven working experience as collection associates for lending and credit cards
