Get to know our Team

Grab Financial Services Asia (GFSA) team is the lending vertical under Grab Financial Group (GFG) responsible for the end-to-end conceptualization and design and ongoing management of all lending activities in its focus markets and segments.

Get to know the Role

You will report directly to the Head of Credit Risk & Collections, PH. This is a hybrid role, where you will need to travel to our Ortigas office.

• Build the Vendor Relationship Management of GFin's External Collection Agencies (ECA)
• Build relationships with ECAs and GFin Collections.
• Set data-driven targets aligned with our goals.
• Document ECA policies and SOPs.
• Ensure ECAs comply with GFin policies.
• Conduct site visits and coordinate with legal teams.
• Develop performance scorecards and reports for management.
• Liaise between In-house Collections and ECAs, validating cases.
• Be a contact for litigation or small claims.
  
  

Qualifications

The Must-Haves:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field
• Experience managing external or 3rd party collection agencies
• Understanding of legal aspects of debt collection, including consumer protection laws, is important to ensure compliance.
• Analyze data related to collections, such as payment trends and debtor behavior, to make informed decisions.
• Proficiency in dialer systems and collections software
• Knowledgeable in relevant legal and regulatory guidelines
• Experience in skip tracing, field visits and debt collection negotiations
