Contract Specialist

Contracts Specialist Job Responsibilities:

• Review, draft, and negotiate contractual agreements, including but not limited to, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, purchase agreements, and licensing agreements.
• Ensure contract compliance with legal requirements and company policies.
• Review vendor and subcontractor contracts and provide recommendations to project managers.
• Manage contract change requests, amendments, and extensions.
• Maintain accurate contract records and documentation.
• Collaborate with other departments to identify areas for continuous improvement of the contracting process.

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in contract administration or a related field.
• Law degree or paralegal certification is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and contract management software.
• Familiarity with government contracting regulations is a plus.
