Overview:
The Collections Analyst is responsible in making data-driven analysis to improve collection strategies, enhance collection rates, and support financial decision-making.
What you will be doing:
- Responsible for the generation and analysis of key metrics reports for Collections; noting trends and patterns.
- Develop working knowledge of company policies and procedures and identify ways for efficiencies and improvements.
What you need to succeed:
- Knowledge and experience in SQL Query writing and Reports Preparation.
- Ability to analyze complex datasets and deliver actionable insights.
- Experience in collaborating with different stakeholders to ensure that collections strategies are executed and monitored.
- Knowledge in collections performance analysis and effectiveness of collections strategies.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, proactive and self-motivated learner.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's Degree holder of Statistics, Mathematics, Business Analysis or equivalent
- Open to fresh graduates with data analysis experience
- Practical experience with Tableau or Salesforce and working knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
- Strong skills with Microsoft Suite and Google Suite
- Strong technical skills, particularly with Data Visualization Tools and Microsoft Excel
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (both professional and technical)
- Knowledge in Banking Operations / Financial Technology is a plus
- Able to excel in a fast-paced environment
