We’re hiring Collections Agents to support the account. This role involves reaching out to customers with past-due accounts, arranging payments, and providing excellent service while ensuring timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Contact customers regarding outstanding balances
• Negotiate and set up payment plans when needed
• Handle account inquiries and resolve billing concerns
• Maintain accurate records of all communication and payments
• Follow client-specific guidelines and compliance policies
  
  

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Experience in collections or customer service is a plus
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask
• Proficient with basic computer systems and tools
• Must be reliable and goal-driven
