Job Summary:

We are looking for a Project Manager with strong experience in office fit-out projects to oversee and manage end-to-end execution, from planning to completion. The ideal candidate will have expertise in handling fit-outs, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and at the highest quality standards. This role requires strong coordination with clients, contractors, and vendors while maintaining attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage office fit-out projects from initiation to completion.
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and work schedules, ensuring adherence to deliverables.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
• Conduct site inspections and enforce compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
• Identify and resolve project challenges, ensuring timely and efficient completion.
• Source and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors for materials and services.
• Monitor project progress, prepare status reports, and provide updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure all necessary permits and regulatory requirements are secured and followed.
• Address and resolve any issues that may arise on-site promptly and efficiently.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• At least 2-3 years of experience in office fit-out projects.
• Deep understanding of office fit-out processes, materials, and methodologies.
• Experience in budget management, contract negotiation, and stakeholder coordination.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and project plans.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficient in MS Project, AutoCAD, or other project management tools (preferred).
• Knowledge of local construction codes, safety regulations, and permit requirements.
