Job Description

We are looking for a Collection Strategy Specialist to provide day-to-day support for the Collection Team in the Philippines. The role focuses on ensuring smooth execution of regional strategies for cards, monitoring team performance, and keeping communication clear between the local team and regional leadership.

This is a supportive and coordination-focused role, ideal for someone detail-oriented and comfortable working in a structured environment with specific targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Execution Support (Mainly Card Team)
• Help the Card Collection Team understand and follow regional strategy guidelines.
• Provide reminders, clarifications, and simple documentation to keep daily execution aligned.
• Performance Tracking & Reports
• Monitor card collection performance and prepare straightforward daily/weekly summaries.
• Highlight issues or trends for the Strategist without heavy analysis.
• Team Assistance & Communication
• Act as a bridge between the Card Collection Team and other strategy team, focusing on clarity and consistency.
• Support onboarding and updates for new policies or tools affecting card operations.
• Administrative Tasks
• Handle translation (Mandarin/English) when needed.
• Assist with preparing reports, meeting notes, and operational updates.
  
  

Job Requirements

• Based in the Philippines, fluent in Mandarin Chinese is preferred
• 2+ year of experience in financial services, card collections, customer service, or BPO/call center operations.
• Strong organizational and coordination skills, with attention to detail.
• Able to follow established processes and deliver timely updates.
• Familiarity with card collection work or KPI-driven environments is a plus.
