Role Overview

• Manages influencer campaigns – from sourcing and onboarding to content rollout, monitoring, and post-campaign tracking.
• Activates employee ambassadors – develops toolkits, guides content sharing, and recognizes ambassador efforts to strengthen brand advocacy within the organization.
• Engages other mouthpieces – builds relationships with DJs, top fans, and community advocates; co-creates content and initiatives to sustain engagement and loyalty.
  
  

Required Qualifications

• Graduate of a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communication, or Business Management
• At least 3–6 years of relevant experience in influencer marketing, community engagement, or brand communications
• Strong project management and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Creative, resourceful, and passionate about building communities and brand advocacy
