Job Title: Operations Head (Cold Storage Logistics)

1. JOB PURPOSE

• Responsible and accountable for the performance of overall cold storage operations
• Overall P&L management for the business unit
• Drive regional growth portfolio of the company’s cold storage business.

2. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build & implement a strategy to drive profitable growth & increase market share
• Drive sales & generate revenue through business development & account management
• Source & handle key accounts for the overall cold storage business of the company and refer to counter parts for possible entry in Luzon facilities;
• Leadership - inspire & motivate a high performing team covering sales, marketing & operations
• Build relationships with key stakeholders in the market across multiple verticals
• Analyze and monitor key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement;
• Develop and implement strategies that will maximize operational efficiency
• Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines
• Train, supervise and meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement
• Liaise with senior-level officers to coordinate and report on ongoing issues
• Create and deliver reports to senior-level officers and maintain effective meeting notes
• Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions; and
• Be updated on the best practices and latest trends and technology to enhance warehouse operations

3. QUALIFICATIONS

• With at least 10 years work experience
• With a college degree in Business Administration, Sales and Marketing, Leasing or any similar or related field.
• A resident of Makati or nearby areas
• Willing to travel to different property sites (North and South Luzon, and Vismin)
• With quality leadership experience and proven track record in operations and client management
