A Glimpse into Your New Role

As a Code 7 Coordinator , you will be responsible for sales administration and support to the onshore Sales Team . This includes handling sales data entry, report preparation, internal communications, and process coordination.

Your day could see you:

  • Providing administrative support to the onshore Sales Team
  • Handling sales data entry, including bookings, spot management, and sponsorships
  • Preparing and distributing sales reports, including campaign and client tracking reports
  • Managing internal emails and ensuring timely responses within set timeframes
  • Processing availability requests through Excel, Avails Bridge, or Day 8
  • Communicating effectively with offshore and wider sales teams when required
  • Staying up to date with workflow and process changes
  • Meeting and exceeding KPI goals for response times and task completion
  • Archiving documents, reports, and correspondence for easy retrieval
  • Coordinating and following up on sales team activities as needed

What You’ll Bring

  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs
  • Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams
  • High attention to detail and quality orientation
  • Strong relationship-building skills with courteous and respectful interactions
  • Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
  • Self-motivated with the ability to set and manage priorities
  • Previous customer service experience is essential
  • Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve organizational goals
