A Glimpse into Your New Role
As a Code 7 Coordinator , you will be responsible for sales administration and support to the onshore Sales Team . This includes handling sales data entry, report preparation, internal communications, and process coordination.
Your day could see you:
- Providing administrative support to the onshore Sales Team
- Handling sales data entry, including bookings, spot management, and sponsorships
- Preparing and distributing sales reports, including campaign and client tracking reports
- Managing internal emails and ensuring timely responses within set timeframes
- Processing availability requests through Excel, Avails Bridge, or Day 8
- Communicating effectively with offshore and wider sales teams when required
- Staying up to date with workflow and process changes
- Meeting and exceeding KPI goals for response times and task completion
- Archiving documents, reports, and correspondence for easy retrieval
- Coordinating and following up on sales team activities as needed
What You’ll Bring
- Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Customer-focused mindset with the ability to understand client needs
- Ability to work effectively with both onshore and offshore teams
- High attention to detail and quality orientation
- Strong relationship-building skills with courteous and respectful interactions
- Excellent time management and ability to meet strict deadlines
- Self-motivated with the ability to set and manage priorities
- Previous customer service experience is essential
- Ability to work independently and within a team to achieve organizational goals
