Job Description

The Cluster Sales Analyst acts as the first line of analytical and reporting support to assigned clusters, ensuring localized reporting needs are met and field queries are resolved.

They are responsible in ensuring that regional or cluster-level executions are aligned with national sales strategies and performance targets.

They must empower cluster leaders and sales heads/managers with reliable, actionable data on salesforce productivity, territory performance, and KPI tracking.

They enable timely interventions and incentive transparency at the frontline level.

Duties And Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position will include but will not be limited to the following:

• Cluster-level performance analytics: track & report performance metrics and maintain dashboards that highlight trends, gaps, & best practices across clusters (e.g. regular performance dashboards, weekly/monthly/quarterly business & operations reviews).
• Territory & cluster mapping support: Support cluster realignment & transition periods with accurate data handling.
• Data validation & field query management: ensure accuracy of field-level performance data and respond to escalations or data-related inquiries from sales managers or territory heads.
• Support in transformation initiatives such as dashboard automations and new dashboard requests.
• Ad hoc field support: conduct localized deep dives or diagnostic analyses for specific performance concerns and support rollout of initiatives or tools at the cluster level.
