Your Role
- Perform processing for receivables transactions, mainly cash application in the respective ERP and banking systems.
- Execute daily incoming payment clearing tasks with high accuracy.
- Provide high-quality services and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure all given KPIs and timelines/deadlines are met.
- Maintain constant communication with stakeholders and customers.
- Support all audit, Internal Control Systems (ICS), and other external queries.
- Assist with additional ad-hoc projects and tasks.

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in:
- Economics
- Finance/Accountancy/Banking
- Business Studies/Administration/Management
- Commerce or equivalent
- Initial work experience in accounting/finance, with direct related experience in full-cycle Accounts Receivable (AR) or accounting knowledge preferred.
- Experience in:
- Cash applications
- Credit management
- Bank reconciliations
- AR reporting
- Experience within a Shared Services Center preferred.
- Experience with SAP or other ERP systems preferred.

- Amenable to work in BGC, Taguig.
