Cluster Sales Manager (North Luzon)

Responsibilities:

• Manages cluster business which includes opportunity planning, territory planning, sales volume management, customer engagement planning and process, pipeline management, and forecasting.
• Deals with business management which includes: organizational awareness, relationship management, financial management, and resource planning
• Leads, supervises, validates, and reviews, and if needed revises with consultation with the concerned sales officer the forecasted sales volume, selling price, CRSB, and market share based on own reading of the market conditions of each of the sales area and consolidates into one picture for the concerned area as a whole
• Supervises and coaches the reporting Channel Sales Officers in selling and distributing cement, ensuring fairness and compliance with HPHI policies, and proper account management of receivables
• Develops and reinforces the relationship of Sales Officers with the channel customers and ensures that any conflicts between Sales Officers and channel customers are resolved
• Reviews marketing incentives, supervises their implementation, and acts as a resource person for the development of marketing and corporate incentives, including preparation of market surveys, also recommends marketing incentives needed in the concerned group of sales areas
• Reviews and recommends optimum organizational assignments of Sales Officers and training needs

Requirements:

• Must be a college graduate with a degree, preferably, in Engineering or any Business course
• Must have at least seven (7) years of relevant sales experience with at least three (3) years of proven track record in sales leadership and business management
• Preferably with exposure to salesmanship, profit and loss, credit & collection, basic cement/concrete technology
• Must have a driver’s license
