Ads and Promo Specialist

Job Qualifications:

• Graduate of Bachelor of Science in Agriculture or any related courses;
• Has at least 3 to 5 years work experience in chemical and fertilizer industries;
• Computer literate
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Good interpersonal skills
• Willing to be assigned in North Luzon

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Supervises agronomists in promotional activities to support sales efforts such as farm demos, harvest festivals, farmers meetings and farmers visits.
• Monitors and reports activities of competitors including stock movement and prices.
• Monitor and reports actual field situations such as weather condition, field or farm status as well as prices of grains and other agricultural products.
• Support the Sales group activities during the conduct of dealers and distributors’ sales staff product briefing/orientation, farmers’ meetings and harvest festivals.
• Coordinates with Government agencies such as NIA, DA, and LGU to collect information relevant to Ads and Promo.
• Presents Progress Report during the monthly district meeting.
