Role Overview

The Clinic Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the clinic, ensuring efficient and high-quality patient care delivery, and maintaining compliance with healthcare standards. This role involves managing clinic staff, coordinating schedules, supervising clinical procedures, and implementing operational improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in any medical allied course and must be a licensed healthcare professional (PRC).
  • Minimum of 3 years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or people management role within a clinic or healthcare setting
  • Proven leadership and team coordination abilities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Highly organized, accountable, and results-driven
  • Skilled in coaching, conflict resolution, and patient service excellence
  • Proficient in clinic documentation, reporting, and basic health information systems is a plus


Duties & Responsibilities

  • Supervise day-to-day clinic operations to ensure timely, efficient, and high-quality patient care
  • Lead and coordinate clinic staff including nurses, administrative personnel, and support staff
  • Monitor staff performance, provide regular coaching and feedback, and manage scheduling and attendance
  • Oversee patient flow, appointment scheduling, and service delivery to minimize wait times and improve patient satisfaction
  • Ensure compliance with clinical protocols, health and safety standards, and regulatory requirements
  • Handle and resolve conflicts among staff or patient concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Maintain accurate clinic documentation, incident reports, and inventory management
  • Facilitate training and onboarding of new staff members
  • Coordinate with physicians, external providers, and management for continuous service improvement
  • Generate and submit operational reports and performance metrics to higher management
