Job Title : CLINIC ADMIN RECEPTIONIST
2.1 Must have sufficient knowledge in admin and marketing works
3.1 Must have working experience related in Aesthetic clinic
4.1 Must possess good verbal and written communication skills
5.1 Must be organized and disciplined
6.1 Must be willing to work long hours
7.1 Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
8.1 Has genuine concern for clients by consistently providing a remarkable customer experience.
9.1 Sociable and able to interact with different types of people.
10.1 With professional bearing and vibrant personality
11.1 Has passion for BEAUTY.
12.1 Preferably with SALES background
2.2 Preparation of staff’s schedule
2.3 Supervision of clinic supplies and ensures proper monitoring and accountability of supplies.
2.4 Preparation of purchase order including coordination with the supplier.
2.5 Monitoring machine’s maintenance or repair schedules
2.6 Timekeeping for payroll
2.7 Preparation, issuances, and filing of company memos, directives and announcements in coordination with head office
2.8 Approval of employee leaves / Overtime in coordination with head office
2.9 Sales accountability – Sales audit and bank deposit monitoring
2.10 Sales encoding and reporting / Cash receipts book
2.11 Petty cash custodian which includes timely petty cash replenishments and completeness of supporting documents.
2.12 Other administrative concerns
Salary Range
Php 20,000- 25,000 salary
