About the Client
Our client is a premier luxury home staging company based in Chicago and the North Shore area. With over 20 years of industry experience, they specialize in transforming high-end properties through sophisticated interior design and strategic staging for successful real estate sales.

Why does this role exist?
We are seeking a Client Success Coordinator to provide comprehensive support across client relations, project coordination, and administrative operations. This role is essential for ensuring smooth client communication, efficient project management, and maintaining high-quality service standards throughout the staging process.

The Impact you’ll make

Client Relations

  • Guide clients through the staging process

  • Provide regular updates on staging progress

  • Manage client communication and follow-ups

  • Assist with consultations and previews

  • Handle client onboarding process


Project Coordination

  • Coordinate scheduling of staging projects

  • Manage transportation setup and logistics

  • Track pricing details and project deadlines

  • Monitor signed contracts and follow-ups

  • Coordinate with staging teams


Marketing Support

  • Assist with client referrals and testimonials

  • Contribute to company's marketing efforts

  • Document client correspondence

  • Maintain up-to-date records


Administrative Support

  • Process and edit proposals using templates

  • Handle QuickBooks invoicing and billing

  • Manage CRM system and documentation

  • Assist in scheduling meetings

  • File and organize documents



Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Required:

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Client service experience

  • Attention to detail

  • Proactive approach

  • Proficient in TeamFlow

  • Proficient in Honeybook CRM

  • Proficient in Canva design and usage

  • Experience with FilesCloud (preferred)

  • Basic QuickBooks knowledge (preferred)

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Experience in project coordination

  • Ability to manage multiple priorities

  • Experience in administrative support

  • WFH Set-Up:

    • Computer with at least 8GB RAM, an Intel i5 core processor/AMD Ryzen 5 Processor and up.

    • Internet speed of at least 40MBPS

    • Headset with an extended mic that has noise cancellation and a webcam

    • Back-up computer and internet connection

    • Quiet, dedicated workspace at home

What to expect...


Work Setup:

  • Remote position

Working Hours:

  • Monday to Friday, 11 AM to 1 PM CST (Central Standard Time).

  • 10 hours per week


Compensation:

  • $5 per hour

  • No benefits package included
