About The Role
- Monitor tax preparation queries in the database and escalate overdue requests to the Tax Team
- Return incomplete or incorrect requests to the Tax Resolution Team, tracking follow-up deadlines
- Coordinate the annual tax prep process: update and send notices, engagement letters, tax organizers, billing, and related client communications
- Contact clients via phone, email, and text to collect required tax documents and information
- Deliver exceptional client service through clear, professional communication and a strong understanding of their needs
- Support well-defined admin processes, including:
- Answering calls, chats, texts, and handling mail
- Processing client intake documents, tax forms, and case assignments with minimal supervision
- Provide backup support to other Administrative Coordinators as needed
- 1–3 years of experience in financial services, accounting, banking, or customer service
- Strong attention to detail
- Fluent in English – this is a client-facing role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
