Job Summary/Description

  • Provide customer service assistance to visitors and clients
  • Handle incoming calls and respond to visitors' inquiries and requests
  • Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the reception area

Responsibilities/Duties

  • Manage the front desk and perform basic support tasks
  • Receive visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
  • Respond to all customer inquiries politely and timely
  • Maintain a clean and safe reception area, keeping it tidy at all times
  • Provide support on all tasks related to the role as needed
