- Provide customer service assistance to visitors and clients
- Handle incoming calls and respond to visitors' inquiries and requests
- Maintain a friendly and inviting atmosphere at the reception area
- Manage the front desk and perform basic support tasks
- Receive visitors by greeting, welcoming, directing, and announcing them appropriately
- Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries
- Respond to all customer inquiries politely and timely
- Maintain a clean and safe reception area, keeping it tidy at all times
- Provide support on all tasks related to the role as needed
