Your Role

As a Client Service Associate, you will:

  • Send and process paperwork for client engagement.
  • Manage response tracking and follow-up for event invitations.
  • Compile client data for onboarding and initial CRM entry.
  • Send agreements and obtaining signatures via DocuSign.
  • Facilitate the insurance underwriting and application process for life and disability insurance.
  • Prepare and manage client documents and meeting folders.
  • Update clients on the status of applications (insurance, investments, etc.).
  • Provide administrative support for financial planning activities.
  • Handle investment paperwork and facilitating processing.
  • Schedule client meetings and reviews.
  • Send client gifts for significant life events.
  • Update and maintain client contact information in CRM and financial
  • planning tools.
  • Log and manage compliance-related documentation.
  • Manage the inflow and outflow of client funds via ACH transactions.
  • Coordinate the rollover and consolidation of old investment accounts.

What You Need

Non-negotiables

  • Excellent attention to detail, be able to work quickly and accurately, and possess strong computer skills
  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1-3 years of experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication
  • Possess an up-beat, positive, service-oriented, and can do attitude
  • Ability to maintain the confidentiality of information
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High attention to detail
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Outlook
  • Exceptional organization and problem-solving

Preferred Skills/Expertise:

  • Knowledge of the insurance/financial services industry
  • Working knowledge of Money Guide Pro, Salesforce, and Orion
  • Proficient with Office 365
  • Knowledge of Estate Planning, U.S. tax, and investments a plus
