The role of the Customer Care Consultant is to provide exceptional customer service for all enquiries and concerns across multiple platforms. In addition they will promote and educate customers on Maxxia’s Novated Lease and Salary Packaging products and services. A high level of ownership and problem solving is required to ensure customer accounts are managed efficiently and effectively reducing financial impact.
As a Customer Care Consultant, You Will
- Answer customer enquiries in a courteous and professional manner on the first call where possible to deliver an efficient, accurate and enthusiastic customer experience both inbound and outbound.
- Educating customers on the additional Maxxia products available to them.
- Investigate customer complaints and provide resolution where possible, before escalating.
- Proactively assess the health of a customer account ensuring where appropriate solutions are implemented to ensure customers are receiving the maximum salary packaging benefits
- Promote and educate customers on Maxxia’ s self-service portal by trouble shooting and co-navigating through the system where necessary
- Assist customers with amendments to their accounts and assist with basic tax related enquires, calculations etc.
- Maintain a high standard of process and product knowledge including employer policies and guidelines.
- Work across multiple IT systems to provide full and complete information to customers.
- Follow a hybrid model of workflow switching from administration to phone calls as required
- Maintain and update records of every customer transaction including details of comments, inquiries, complaints and actions taken via call notes in the company’s system
- Ensure compliance with legislative, regulatory and employer policy requirements including compliance with the Privacy Act, Financial Services Regulatory Authority and the Trade Practices Act
- Focus on Net Promoter Score by delivering high quality customer service on every customer interaction.
- Ensure adherence to schedule to provide maximum coverage and support for customers.
Non-negotiables
- Essential Skills: Previous phone based customer service experience.
- Desirable Skills: Knowledge and understanding of Fringe Benefits Tax
