Client Relationship Management - Specialist

We are seeking a talented individual to join our Risk Management team at Marsh. This role will be based in the Philippines. This is a hybrid role that has a requirement of working at least three days a week in the office.

We will count on you to

• Serve as the primary liaison for assigned clients, delivering exceptional, personalized service to meet their insurance needs.
• Conduct thorough reviews and assessments of client accounts to identify and capitalize on opportunities for coverage enhancements or adjustments.
• Collaborate with internal teams to design and implement customized insurance solutions that precisely address client requirements and mitigate risks.
• Efficiently manage policy renewals, endorsements, and claims processes, ensuring seamless and accurate handling.
• Maintain proactive and transparent communication with clients, providing timely updates on industry developments, policy changes, and emerging risks that may impact their coverage.
  
  

What you need to have:

• Proven experience in Commercial Insurance, with a strong preference for client-facing roles.
• Expertise in insurance products and services, including risk assessment and underwriting processes.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with advanced negotiation capabilities.
• Strong ability to forge and maintain connections with client counterparts and internal stakeholders.- Comprehensive knowledge of various types of insurance coverage, such as property and casualty lines
