This dynamic role is all about championing client relationships, sparking growth, and steering strategic initiatives. It's about diving deep into client needs, crafting tailored account strategies, seizing business opportunities, and shaping proposals that resonate. You'll be the narrative weaver, presenting compelling stories that guide client decisions, while also nurturing the growth of your Account Executive team. It's a blend of vision, engagement, and leadership, with a dash of autonomy from an Account Director's oversight. Ready to lead the charge?



What you’ll be doing


  • Grow successful partnership across set of clients under minimal mentorship of an Account Director and support of an Account Executive
  • Understand and meet clients' needs through meaningful conversations and consistent engagement
  • Build purposeful account plans to address clients' priorities, and identify commercial opportunities
  • Translate commercial opportunities to relevant proposals to help answer clients' business questions and achieve the team's commercial target
  • Deliver Impactful stories/presentations that will help craft clients' strategies
  • Guide the Account Executive on their day to day tasks and ensure the development of their career



The skills & experience you’ll need.


  • At least 5-7 years’ experience in Account Management, Client Partnership/Consulting, Market Research Quantitative and handling and interpreting sophisticated quantitative data
  • MS Office: Powerpoint and excel
  • Skills and experience in building and delivering presentations
  • Able to provide Insights, can do networking and negotiation
  • Agile, flexible and Proactive
