The Clerks will perform the following tasks based on specific instructions and under supervision:
- Assist in mass data corrections and updates in Wave or related systems.
- Process pending data entries or updates flagged during migration to Wave.
- Support the validation, reconciliation, and rectification of migrated records.
- Review and correct discrepancies identified in system-generated reports.
- Perform manual updates and adjustments to ensure compliance with established procedures.
- Assist in generating summary reports or logs of corrections made.
- Maintain organized records of completed tasks for future reference or audit.
- Timely and accurate completion of assigned manual data corrections and processing tasks.
- Reports summarizing resolved discrepancies and highlighting unresolved issues.
- Maintenance of an organized log of completed work.
- Maintenance of their timesheets of activities on a daily basis.
Education
- Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; additional vocational training in administration, data processing, or a related field is desirable.
- Prior experience in administrative or clerical roles is an advantage.
- Experience with data entry or use of enterprise systems is preferred but not required.
