Job Description
- Does investigation of disputes and complaints received from customers regarding their deliveries through verification of waybills and discussions with involved parties
- Reviews investigation reports to clarify issues, concerns, grievances, and interests of all parties involved
- Makes proper recommendation based on results of investigation conducted
- Communicate with other Shopee Xpress teams Aid the SPX Express
- Ensuring all the relevant standards within the working practices guide and KPIs are met
- Perform other similar and related duties as required or directed
- With at least a year experience handling claims and investigation or 3 years experience in the E-Commerce Industry or Customer Support
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written
- Able to develop solutions and communicate across the organization in an effective manner
- Able to clearly identify and define issues that are being raised via emails and make necessary recommendations
- Possess self-management skills
- Able to efficiently organize own time, assess priorities within own area of work, and work under tight deadlines with a high level of commitment
- Good team player, positive attitude and eager to learn
- Driven and motivated
- Has passion in the e-Commerce industry
