Job Summary
- Responsible for providing support in implementing the new enhancements/developments/updates on the CLG's systems and in cascading the systems use know-how to all stakeholders.
- Performs the needed enhancements (e.g., dashboard creation, reports designing, credit program setup, etc.) of New Loan Origination System (LOS) using a low code, no code platform; as well as other CLG systems, as applicable.
- Provides systems support by analyzing and resolving concerns of internal and external users on the system usage within the Service Level Agreement (SLA). Reports or escalates any issues to the concerned IT unit, system owner, or Technical Working Group (TWG) if deemed necessary.
- Manages the system access and maintenance (New LOS and other CLG systems, as applicable user accounts, OKTA Authentication) of external users.
- Trains existing and new users on the usage of the CLG systems and any enhancements thereafter.
- Bachelor’s Degree, preferably a major in Business and Information
- System, Industrial Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or other related
- courses
- With systems support experience
- With banking and finance related experience
- Knowledge on system analysis and system enhacement methodologies
- Knowledge on business process mapping
- At least one (1) year of experience in systems support, systems analysis, system development and other related disciplines.
