Job Description
The Churn Manager is responsible for the successful execution of retention and churn management projects, ensuring the best customers have the best experience to minimize churn. This involves in-depth planning, close coordination with various teams, and hands-on implementation of retention and churn activities. The role also includes troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing processes, and managing data to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of churn management.
Duties And Responsibilities
CUSTOMER ANALYTICS & INSIGHTS
○ Drives weekly dashboarding and customer insighting
○ Drills down and performs complex exploratory studies to identify correlation of
business drivers & customer behavior (product experience, customer interests
and willingness to buy)
○ Integrating diverse and relevant information and dashboards to internal
departments to update market profiles and create game plans
complaints or churn and creates the game plan to address them, within product
capabilities and annual budget, which will result in lower churn
○ Continuous innovation to maximize opportunities identified in customer
sentiments as aligned with the company’s vision
○ Translates the brand strategy into an optimum mix to target the right customer
with the right offer at the right time through the right channels
○ Engages and builds strong relationships with all readiness partners – Product,
customer experience, marketing, and finance
○ Leads project planning, scheduling, controlling, and reporting activities for all
Base Management campaigns. Manage risks & ensure beta solutions to problems
are implemented in line with existing control processes
