Minimum Qualifications:
- Education: Master’s degree relevant to the job
- Experience: Four (4) years of supervisory/management experience
- Training: Forty (40) hours of supervisory/management learning and development
intervention - Eligibility: Career Service Professional/Second Level Eligibility
- Preference : With STEM education background and with experience

Job Functions:
- Curriculum and Program Enhancement
- Helps propose and implement plans and projects for the improvement of the school’s curricular, co-curricular, and extra-curricular programs.
- Oversees curriculum design processes, including the ongoing analysis, evaluation, and revision of the curriculum to ensure alignment with current needs.
- Supervises and coordinates with RPAD staff or the Technical Working Group (TWG) in managing the implementation of academic program initiatives.
- Professional Development and Capacity Building
- Plans and initiates professional development programs and training activities for personnel under the Curriculum and Instruction Division and the Student Services Division based on identified needs.
- Supervises and coordinates the execution of training programs with the RPAD staff or TWG.
- Monitors training evaluations and feedback to enhance future learning and development activities.
Research and Assessment
- Leads in the conceptualization, planning, and management of research studies that support policy, program, and project implementation and evaluation.
- Reviews and approves research proposals in collaboration with the TWG, ensuring adherence to ethical research standards and institutional priorities.
- Oversees the development and use of student assessment tools for selection, accreditation, evaluation, and other academic purposes.
Policy Development and Implementation
- Develops and updates institutional guidelines, standards, rules, and procedures related to academics and capacity-building.
- Coordinates the development of policy briefs and inputs in response to directives from the Department of Science and Technology (DOST) or the Board of Trustees.
- Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders through staff work, research, and linkages to support evidence-based policy formulation.
Executive and Administrative Support
- Receives and acts on instructions from the Executive Director or Deputy Executive Director related to research, academic programs, and policy matters.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time to support institutional goals.
